at the Glorieta Conference Center

Rev. Tyrone Gordon, Senior Pastor of St. Luke Community United Methodist Church in Dallas Texas will be the Conference Preacher Meetings before Annual Conference will be held on Monday, June 2 at Glorieta.
Annual Conference will start at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3 and conclude at noon on Friday, June 6 Central Standard Time.
ALL ROOMS AT GLORIETA ARE ALREADY BOOKED. You might be able to get a room at Sage Inn. their rate is $75 a night. They have a block 25 rooms, 10 with King beds, 15 with 2 Queens. Their number is 866-433-0335 and they are located at 725 Cerrillos Rd.
We also have a contract with The Santa Fe Suites (formerly Camel Rock Suites), 3007 St Francis Dr S, 505-989-3600, www.thesantafesuites.com They have blocked 60 rooms at this time, with a rate of $69 per night that will be on first come, first served basis. Some have two double beds, others have one queen bed plus a twin size pull-out sofa. All have a kitchenette with cook top, microwave, and refrigerator.
The Inn at Santa Fe, located next to the Outlet Mall at Cerrillos and I-25, has welcomed us. They are offering the rate of $79 per night, and that includes a full breakfast. You can go to their website at www.innatsantafe.com to check them out and get contact information. It looks to be very nice, and the people we have spoken with have been very gracious. When you call for reservations, make sure to tell them you are coming for the Methodist Conference to guarantee the rates we were given. They have guaranteed these rates until May 1
RV parking is available at Glorieta for $17 per night. You can make those reservations by calling LifeWay at 1-800-797-4222.

Adults and children over age 12 - $85.00
Children ages 6-11 - $49.00

As a clarification for meal packages:
For those staying on campus the entire stay, they are required to buy the full meal package.
For those staying on campus only a few days, they are required to buy the meals that they are here for.
In other words, they don't have to pay for meals on days that they will not be here.
For those staying off campus, they can call reservations and let them know what meals they will be here for and reserve them that way. You would pay for the daily meals at the Glorieta Registration Desk.
Childcare
Childcare will be provided for children aged 11 and under during the business and worship sessions. . However, you must make reservations for childcare no later than May 2. Drop-ins will only be allowed on a space available basis. Call the New Mexico Conference office or email newchldy@nmconfum.com for more information.
