God’s Renewed Creation: Call to Hope & Action
Written by Bishop Max Whitfield Thursday, 19 November 2009 00:00
The Council on Bishops adopted this Pastoral Letter at our meeting the first week in November. I encourage you to share this letter by reading, printing, or distributing it in whatever form you feel is best. This is God’s world and we are stewards of this creation. We must care for it and the people of this world in the most effective ways possible.
If you would like the study document or a liturgical document to format it into a worship service, those can be found in the next few days on the web site (found at the end of the letter). Please share this letter by the First Sunday of Advent.
Grace & Peace,
Max
