The most common request the Cabinet and I receive as we prepare to make appointments for another year is for a pastor who can motivate the members to really get involved, attract new people, who are young and demonstrate great maturity.

Bishop Whitfield,
I appreciated your thoughts as we prepare for Easter. We cannot fully appreciate God's abundant grace without considering our need and utter dependence. The message of repentance is not just to make people feel bad for sin, but to offer the good news of God's redeeming love in Christ.
