Barrett shares from Germany

Barrett McCormick is attending the Global Young People Convocation in Berlin, Germany. He planned to provide daily reports but does not have adequate Internet access. This is the message received to date:

The meetings went really well today. We went over a lot of important information.

I got an opportunity to wear my free hugs shirt... it was very amazing!!!!

Worshiping with people from all over the world is a feeling so amazing it cannot be described in words!!!!! So sorry it has taken me so long to be able to e-mail you. We have to pay for the internet and i bought an hour so i could blog and up date to my friends and family about the trip.

The trip here seemed very long, but it is very worth it. The meetings seem slow at times because of miscommunications and confusions, but the worships make up for it all. I have met with people from all around the world, and have talked with them of their faith. It is so incredible to be able to talk to my Christian brothers and sisters from all over the world.

Our mission this week is to make a difference. We have taken off the shackles so we can give it all to God and our goals are very clear to us. We are here to serve God and let Him speak through us so that the decisions that are made this week are not our own, but His will. I will update tomorrow evening whenever I get a chance. It has been very great experience this far, and can't wait to see what God has planned for me next.

God Bless,
Barrett McCormick
