INCUBATOR
The Northwest Texas Annual Conference provides the Incubator Model to the pastors of our Conference. The Hispanic/Latino Ministry Committee adopted the model “Hispanic/Latino Incubator” and adapted it to the Hispanic/Latino reality in our Conference. The goal is to create an environment in which spiritual leaders and ideas are born, nurtured, and developed.
LAY SPEAKING
Lay speakers for the Hispanic/Latino Ministries Congregations continue to develop their communication skills in order to care, lead, encourage, equip and support others for a deeper commitment to Christ and faithful discipleship. (This classes are available in Spanish)
