NWTX nursing home among the best nationwide

Wesley Court Methodist Retirement Community in Abilene was listed in the February issue of U.S. News & World Report as one of America’s Best Nursing Homes.
Based on health inspections, amount of nursing care and performance in a range of quality measures, 173 nursing homes scored five stars overall, the highest possible rating, in the latest evaluation by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Wesley Court was one of four nursing homes in Texas making the list.
