Clergy Retirement Security Program (CRSP)
CRSP provides both a defined benefit and a defined contribution plan to clergy of The United Methodist Church.
Ministerial Pension Plan (MPP)
MPP was replaced by the Clergy Retirement Security Program effective January 1, 2007. However, if you have an MPP account, it will continue to be invested, and you will receive benefits from the plan as before.
United Methodist Personal Investment Plan (UMPIP)
UMPIP provides retirement benefits and savings opportunities to clergy and lay employees of United Methodist churches, general agencies and other Church-related organizations.
The Pre-82 Plan was replaced by MPP effective January 1, 1982. However, if you were eligible to participate and were vested in the Pre-82 Plan, you will receive benefits from the plan as before.
HEALTH & WELFARE PLANS
Provides medical, dental and flexible spending benefits to more than 27,000 participants and their families.
NWTX has partnered with Extend Health to provide a choice of Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage health insurance plans for our current and future eligible retirees, who are already enrolled in Medicare Parts A & B. These plans will be combined with an individual Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) for each retiree and spouse, as applicable.
